MEET THE TEAM

Ann Lovatt FMAAT: Director
Originally trained with Deloittes, Ann has over 25 years experience in accountancy general practice. After working for local accountancy firms, Ann decided to start her own business and formed Owl Accountancy Services in 2007, one of the foundations of Trident. With her extensive knowledge of tax and accountancy, Ann understands the demands of creating and running a business and prides herself on being able to offer a more personal service to clients.

Andrew Davies: Director
Being of the ‘Davies the Mill’ family in Cefn y Bedd, Andrew always had a desire to create his own business and in 1994 he founded Domino Accounting, working from his home office. Initially, the business focused on providing VAT support services for the retail sector but the business soon grew and Andrew expanded into general practice to meet the demands of his clients. The business continued to develop further following Lee joining in 2018 as the ethos of being approachable, available and reliable carried them forward.

Lee Davies MAAT: Director
After spending his early working years in the retail and property sectors, Lee decided to move into accountancy in 2018 and quickly got started with his training with the Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT).  Qualifying in 2021, he is now putting his training into practice and is dedicated to furthering his knowledge and experience to benefit his clients.

Natasha Cope: AAT Apprentice
Currently undergoing her training with AAT, Natasha has been working with Ann for two years now, picking up as much knowledge as she can along the way.  She is a key part of the team – excelling at analysis – and is keen to get involved with all areas of accountancy practice.

Kimberley Gill: Payroll Administrator

Kimberley joined the team in 2021 and quickly settled into the role of payroll administrator.  Her bright smile and bubbly personality will greet anyone that visits the office and give them a warm welcome.  Kimberley will soon be starting her training with AAT and she is passionate about furthering her accounting knowledge and working in different areas of general practice.
